Women's Work with Lilit - Bite the Apple

For Women Who Are Ready to Take Up More Space

Most of the women who find their way to my work have spent their lives managing how much of themselves they are allowed to show.

Not too much. Not too loud. Not too wild. Not too sexual. Not too strange.

The feminine energy that lives inside every woman is alive and often terrifying, because the world has consistently told her it is.

Bite the Apple is the space where that changes.

What This Space Actually Is

A room full of women, held by me, where the craziness of feminine energy is not just tolerated but welcomed. Where what you have been told is too much is invited and celebrated. Where the parts of you that have been locked away, the wild, the sensual, the grief-stricken, the ecstatic, the completely unhinged with joy, are given full permission to move through your body and express themselves.

In ceremony. In dance. In sound. In movement. In conversation. In the particular kind of laughter and crying that only happens when women feel truly safe together.

There is a deep fear in women of going crazy. Not without reason. Women have been locked away for less.

What happens in Bite the Apple is that the craziness finds a container. It has a beginning. It has an end. And inside that container, something extraordinary becomes possible.

You get to be all of you.

Why Women's Work

In a mixed space, something subtle happens. We hold back.

Because feminine energy moving freely through a woman's body is received - by men, by the room, by the woman herself - as something other than what it is. Too sexual. Too much. Too destabilizing.

We adjust. We manage. We contain ourselves.

In a space held only by and for women, that adjustment disappears.

What remains is a particular kind of freedom that most women have never experienced. The freedom to let feminine energy run through the body without monitoring how it will land. Without softening it for someone else's comfort. Without translating it into something more palatable.

This is not something a mixed ceremony can give you.

It can only happen here.

About Me

I am not interested in being your guru.

What I am interested in is witnessing you. The version of you that lives beneath the mask, beneath the story, beneath the management of how you are perceived. I see your potential before you do. I see your desires, sometimes before you have named them yourself. And when I reflect them back to you, there is no judgment in it. No diagnosis. No explanation of what needs to change.

Only a different way of seeing what is already there. A woman came to me carrying a voice inside her that had been criticizing her for twenty years. She wanted it gone. I asked her: what if this voice is actually working for you? What if it is trying to give you information you have not been willing to receive? By the end of that process, she had stopped calling it the judge. She started calling it the protector.

Everything changed. Not because the voice disappeared. Because she stopped fighting it and started meeting it.

That is what I do. I do not help you get rid of parts of yourself. I do not believe that you need get rid of the parts that don’t serve you. I help you find the intelligence inside them. And celebrate what is already there.

What I bring is not any single modality or method. It is the field I hold. Simultaneously ancient and alive, structured and wild, fiercely clear and infinitely compassionate. I bring the full medicine wheel of consciousness into every space I enter. Mind, body, heart, spirit. Ceremony, conversation, movement, sound, the intelligence of plants.

I also bring something rarer. The courage to live my own life fully and unapologetically. To make bold decisions. To move to a new country. To build a life that looks unlike anyone else's. To put question marks where others accept it blindly. To be, in full view, a woman who is not bowing down to anything.

Women feel this in my presence. And something in them remembers that they can feel it too.

"If you want to fall completely in love with every last inch of yourself, work with Lilit."

- Many

"Being in Lilit's presence has transformed my life. Her guidance helped me walk through deep shame into self-love and empowerment. She never tried to save me, but always held space with unwavering love and clarity. Because of her, I now live from my highest, truest self."

- Crystal

"Lilit holds a space for pure magic, the kind hard to find in our world. There are few I trust more."

What Bite the Apple Is

A two and a half day women's ceremony held over a weekend.

Each gathering is built around a theme, something alive and relevant for women right now. From there, everything unfolds through ceremony, integration, dance, food, conversation, and the particular depth that only becomes available when women are together with no performance required.

The intelligence of plants is woven through the experience. The container is safe, sacred, and professionally held. There is a beginning and an end. And in between, you are invited to bring all of yourself.

Women leave feeling more woman in their skin. More empowered in who they are. More at home in the body they have been managing all their lives.

The Bite the Apple Circle

How do you get in?

V  There is a WhatsApp group.

V  It is called Bite the Apple.

V  It is only for women. It is ongoing. It lives between ceremonies as a sacred container. A temple that happens to exist on your phone.

V  It has rules. It is not a place to dump or joke or scroll past. When you         enter to share, you enter as you would enter a temple. With intention. With care. With the understanding that every sister in the circle is bringing her gifts and her questions and her truth into a held space.
