The world has enough programs for making men more. What I have learned through my own journey is that there is no more precious gift to yourself, your families, and your communities than the singularity of who you are, right now, exactly as you are.
I am curious to meet you right there.

The Power of Brotherhood
This is not a new idea. The sacred power of brotherhood existed long before modern culture lost it in competition, performance, and isolation.
I cannot bring it back. What I can do is create the space for men to bring it back themselves, together.
And they do. Every time.
It usually happens as soon as we open the first sharing circle. The moment one man speaks honestly, rawly, with whatever is actually alive for him right now, every man in the room realizes the same thing at the same time: we are not fucking around here. This is not another mundane men's circle. There is something much more raw and real, and I feel safe and awake.
From that moment, everything is possible.
Men project all kinds of things onto a space like this before they arrive. That it will be hyper masculine and macho. That it will be overly soft or weird.
These projections are not random. They are shame, guilt, and fear doing their job, protecting a man from the very vulnerability that would set him free.

Day Ceremony: One day One circle. One arc from opening to harvest. What is possible in a single day together will surprise you.
Weekend Retreat Friday to Sunday: Three days with a clear arc - The Gateway, The Passage, The Harvest.
Where the day ceremony opens a door, the weekend walks through it. Multiple rituals, activations, and experiences work with the physical, emotional, and spiritual body. The theme and framework deepen from day one into day two. There is more space for magic. More space for brothers to open, to let go, to step in. We share more space, more time, more food, more conversation, more experience together.
Held in carefully chosen private homes in Boulder, Colorado, Michigan, Panama, and beyond. Small groups. The intelligence of plants. Ceremony, ritual, body movement, sharing circles, mind maps, teachings, and integration.
5-Day Immersive Retreat. Five days that move deliberately through the full wheel of consciousness, mind, body, heart, and spirit, with dedicated experiences for each. One of those days includes Kambo. The terrain goes deeper than any weekend can reach.

Private Work with Omer
Some men come once. Some come regularly. Some come because they are going through something and want support throughout it. Some come because they want more of my influence in their life.
All of them get the same thing: my undivided attention, a space that is built entirely around what is alive and present for them, and a container they did not have to plan or hold themselves.
That last part matters more than it sounds. Most men do not create sacred time for themselves without booking it. When they book a session with me, they get to surrender into my planning, my leading, my holding. The only thing required of them is to show up honestly.
From there, the session unfolds from where they actually are.
It might become a profound conversation. Intuitive coaching. Guided movement. Breathwork. Energy clearing. Connection with plant allies where legal and aligned. Sometimes it is structured. Sometimes it is wild. Always it is designed to help them move through what is in the way and into what wants to come next.

I am in the depths of my own becoming.
