Open Hearts
A Private Ceremony for the People You Choose
Some gatherings become the stories people tell for the rest of their lives.
There are moments in life that naturally gather people together. A wedding. A milestone birthday. A reunion. The arrival of a child. A weekend with lifelong friends. Sometimes there isn't even an occasion. Sometimes you simply know you want the people you care about most in one place.
Open Hearts is an invitation to shape those moments with greater intention, intimacy, and aliveness.

Created Around Your People
Open Hearts can be created privately for the people you choose or shared through one of our public community ceremonies. This page explores the private experiences.

It is for families, chosen families, friends, teams, communities, or any group that wants to experience greater intimacy together. Every private Open Hearts ceremony is created exclusively around the people you invite.

If you are looking for a public gathering, you can explore upcoming Open Hearts ceremonies on our Community Events Calendar.

A Different Way of Being Together
Most gatherings unfold around food, music, conversation, and whatever naturally emerges. Those moments carry their own beauty. They also open the possibility for something even deeper.
We long for conversations that move beyond the familiar. We long to laugh until our stomach hurts, to tell the stories we've never quite found the moment to tell, to witness the people we care about beyond the roles they've always played, and to feel that every part of us has a place at the table.
Open Hearts was created for people who understand that intimacy grows when the conditions invite people to arrive more fully as themselves.

The Ceremony Is the Container
Every Open Hearts ceremony begins long before anyone arrives.
We spend time getting to know you, your relationships, your intentions, and what makes this gathering meaningful. From there, we thoughtfully design the experience. The ceremony, the music, the environment, the rhythm, and the countless details become part of one living ecology.
The ceremony becomes the container where something extraordinary has the opportunity to emerge.
One person may experience overwhelming gratitude. Another may discover grief they didn't know they were carrying. Someone else may find themselves laughing more freely than they have in years. Another may come face to face with a part of themselves that still expects rejection, even while surrounded by love.
Our work is to create an ecology where every experience is welcomed with curiosity, compassion, and care. Again and again, we watch people discover that when nothing essential about them has to remain outside the circle, something inside them begins to soften and awaken.

Belonging Is the Fabric
Belonging begins long before the ceremony itself. It begins in the way people are welcomed, listened to, witnessed, and invited into the experience.
It becomes the fabric of everything that follows. The way we respond when joy appears, when tears arrive, when someone grows quiet, or when laughter fills the room.
The intelligence of an open heart quietly begins revealing itself. Acceptance becomes more available. Compassion deepens. Curiosity expands. Intimacy grows naturally because people feel increasingly free to arrive as they are.
There is something extraordinary about being fully yourself in the company of people you choose, and discovering you belong even more because of it.

Begin With What Is Alive
Every Open Hearts ceremony begins with a conversation.
We'll listen. We'll ask thoughtful questions. Together, we'll explore the people you want to gather, what feels most meaningful, and the kind of experience you'd love to create together.
From there, we'll thoughtfully design a ceremony that could only belong to your community.
Your Guides on the Private Ceremony
Open Hearts is held by both of us together. One of us may hold the wider ceremonial arc while the other moves through the room, listening for what each person and the group may need.

This allows us to tend both the individual experience and the relational field forming among everyone present.

For more than 30 years, I have worked internationally as a CEO, coach, trainer, and facilitator, supporting individuals, teams, and organizations through change, growth, and transformation. I have trained and certified hundreds of professional coaches and worked with people ranging from leaders at Fortune 500 companies to those meeting deeply personal thresholds.

I bring these worlds together with precision, intuition, directness, and care. I listen for what is being said, what remains unspoken, and what may be ready to become possible.

Omer Saar
My work grows from the depths of my own becoming and from a devotion to meeting the fears, patterns, relationships, and desires that continue shaping my life.

Over the past several years, I have participated in and helped create more than 200 ceremonies, retreats, and transformational spaces. I bring presence, mischief, music, vulnerable leadership, and a fierce curiosity about what else is possible.

I am especially drawn to the places where more truth, freedom, intimacy, and aliveness are asking to enter. I will meet you there with tenderness, challenge, and respect for your authority over your own experience.
