You have arrived!
Welcome.

If you found this page, there's a good chance you're a Curious Soul.

A Curious Soul is someone whose curiosity is greater than their certainty. Someone who knows their life is being shaped by forces they have not fully met yet, and is curious and courageous enough to meet them. They are devoted to becoming the conscious creator of their life. They sense that more is possible. Not only freedom from suffering. Not only healing. But greater aliveness, greater intimacy, greater meaning, greater participation in the creation of their lives.

Perhaps this is the first time you are considering entering a ceremonial space. Perhaps you have been here many times before and are still searching for something more grounded and relatable to your life.
Maybe your relationship has everything it needs except the aliveness you both remember.

Maybe you have done the therapy, read the books, attended the workshops, and you are tired of understanding your patterns without being able to change them.

Maybe life has just cracked open, through loss, transition, success, or simply the quiet unbearable feeling that this cannot be all there is.
What we all have in common is this: we know something more is available. And we are here to explore what else is possible.

The word medicine comes from the Latin medicina, the art of healing. And healing, at its root, means becoming more whole.

We work with the intelligence of plants as vehicles. Each one shifts the form of consciousness through which you experience your reality, illuminating what is usually hidden, and revealing what is possible.

"A vehicle is not a destination. It takes you somewhere. What you do when you arrive is everything."

The intelligence of plants is not a shortcut. But it is also not a metaphor.

In ceremony, you are literally living a transformational experience. The form of your consciousness shifts. What is usually hidden becomes visible. What is usually contracted begins to open. What has felt impossible starts to reveal itself as possible.

What the plants cannot do is live that transformation for you.

This is because transformation has two movements. The experience of a different form of consciousness, and the embodiment of it.

The plants can give you the first. The second requires developing the four capacities, awareness, acceptance, expression, and responsibility, that allow you to consciously participate in how you see, feel, act, and create your reality.

Without those capacities, even the most profound experience remains a visitor. It moves through you without moving in.

"Without integration, an experience remains a memory. With integration, it becomes part of who you are becoming."

The five elements of a conscious experience

Most people enter ceremonial spaces the same way they enter most of life, shaped by inherited ideas, social pressure, fear, and the quiet hope that everything will be okay.

The five elements of a conscious experience exist to change that.

Understanding and consciously working with these five variables is not preparation for a better experience. It is the beginning of becoming a conscious creator of your reality in ceremony and beyond.

Set

SetSet is your internal state, physical, emotional, psychological, and intentional. It is everything you bring into the experience before it begins.

Of all five elements, Set may be the most important. Your intention is what orients every other decision, the type of substance you choose, the dosage, the setting, and how you integrate what you discover.

Most people do not set intentions consciously. They arrive with inherited ideas about what they should want, fear-based expectations about what might happen, or no clear direction at all. The experience then meets them exactly where they are, which is their unconscious.

A conscious intention does not control the experience. It offers it a direction. Think of consciousness like water moving through a landscape. Intention carves the groove it flows through.

Before any experience with us, we support you in arriving consciously, knowing your internal starting point, clarifying what is true for you rather than what you have been told to want, and setting an intention that is genuinely yours.

Type

Of all five elements, the types of substances available and how they influence your experience is what most people know least about. Yet it is one of the most consequential choices you make.

Different substances and plant intelligences activate different centers of consciousness. We organize these on what we call the Medicine Wheel of Consciousness. Four centers, each with its own intelligence, its own gift, and its own shadow.

Mind. Heart. Body. Spirit.

A heart intelligence opens what is closed in your capacity to connect. A spirit intelligence dissolves the boundaries of personal identity and reveals oneness. A body intelligence brings you into radical presence with sensation and the here and now. A mind intelligence illuminates patterns, connections, and the architecture of how you think.

Most people choose based on reputation, trend, or what their friends have tried. The more conscious question is: where are you on the wheel right now, and what does your intention call for?

Your experience is always a meeting point between where the substance or plant intelligence lives on the wheel and where you are when you arrive. Two people can journey with the same intelligence in the same space and have completely different experiences. This is not random. It is the meeting of two states of consciousness, yours and the plant's.Choosing consciously changes everything.

Dosage

Dosage determines the depth of the experience and how much agency you retain within it.

Smaller amounts keep the mind more online, offering insight, connection, and realizations you can work with actively. These are often journeys of understanding.

Larger amounts move toward initiation, taking you deeper into the subconscious, beyond the mind's usual territory, into the places you do not normally travel. These are journeys of transformation through direct experience rather than understanding.

Neither is better. Both serve different intentions at different moments.

What matters is that the choice is yours, made consciously, in relationship with your intention, your Set, and with people who know how to hold what emerges.

We believe in working with your system, not breaking it. If you carry fear around losing control, we do not push you past it. We support you in finding the exact amount that allows you to feel safe enough to begin opening. From there, the experience builds trust in itself, and in you.

Setting

Setting is everything outside you. The physical space, the light, the music, the smells, the people around you, and most importantly, the quality of the container being held.

We build our ceremonies the way we build everything, with deliberate attention to every element that shapes your experience. The architecture of connection before the journey begins. The frameworks that feed the mind so it can relax into the experience. The music, the movement, the breath. The way we greet you when you arrive.

Setting is not decoration. It is the foundation of everything that becomes possible inside the experience.

Integration

Integration is where transformation either takes root or dissolves.

The experience of transformation and the embodiment of it are two different movements. The plant intelligence can give you the first. The second requires developing what we call the Four Capacities for Transformation: Awareness, Acceptance, Expression, and Responsibility, that allow you to consciously participate in how you see, feel, act, and create your reality.

Integration is how the experience becomes part of who you are becoming rather than a memory of who you were for a night.

We hold integration as sacred as the ceremony itself. The day after. The weeks after. The community that holds you. The language you develop to describe what you discovered. The repetition that embeds new ways of seeing into daily life until they become how you naturally move through the world.
"Without integration, an experience remains a memory. With integration, it becomes part of who you are becoming."

How we work with all five

Most spaces address one or two of these elements. Some hold ancient intelligence without modern bridges. Some work with intention but offer no framework for meeting and guiding you through the experience itself. Some open profound doors and then close them behind you.

We consciously work with all five, before, during, and after every experience.

We create experiences and environments that inspire and support human transformation into The Art of Conscious Creation.

And because we prefer to enjoy the ride, we do so with fun, beauty, playfulness, curiosity, depth, intention, enchantment, intimacy, awe, and wonder.

Come play with us.

"I was expecting an experience more rooted in the mind and in talking. Instead the experience I had was completely rooted in the heart. For perhaps the first time in my life I had an experience that was so deep in my heart. I finished the very first ceremony with a sense of disbelief. I couldn't believe that I could feel like this." you've received. Click to edit and add yours."

— Stefano

"There's something special that happens when there's a few people who are coming with their own specific intention but are all sharing at the very least an intention of doing work on themselves. And to then be together in a ceremony with this very particular, specific plant intelligence. All this comes together to create something which is magical. This is something that has to be experienced from the heart to be able to understand."

— Stefano

We organize consciousness-altering substances and different plant intelligences on a wheel of four centers of consciousness. Each center has its own gift, its own wisdom, and its own shadow when out of balance.

The Medicine Wheel of Consciousness

North — Mind

The intelligence of differentiation, direction, and understanding. The mind seeks clarity by separating, defining, and analyzing, breaking the whole into parts so it can be named, structured, and navigated.

Its shadow is the very thing that makes it powerful. A consciousness that creates primarily from mind creates from a sense of separation, from others, from the body, from life itself. It can build extraordinary structures. It just cannot connect.

Without the heart, the mind is an expert on love who has never felt it.

South — Heart

The intelligence of connection, compassion, and relationship. Where the mind takes things apart, the heart brings them together. Not by imagining what should be, but by meeting what is.

Heart intelligence does not connect with potential or projection. It connects with presence. It sees you, not who you might become, not what you represent, but who you actually are, here, now. That quality of being truly met is what allows aliveness to move between people.

In our culture, heart intelligence is one of the most underdeveloped centers. We are trained toward independence and self-sufficiency. We learned to protect and guard our hearts from accumulated hurt.
When heart intelligence opens, the nervous system relaxes. Safety is felt. Judgment loosens. Compassion, for others and for yourself, begins to flow naturally.
This is why we believe connection is where healing happens. And why disconnection is so often where the wound began.

We work primarily with heart intelligence, because what most people are lacking is the felt experience of being truly met, truly seen, and truly safe enough to be themselves.
Without the mind, the heart loses itself in others. Together, they create the conditions for discerned love.

West — Body

The intelligence of presence, sensation, embodiment, the here and now. Unlike the mind, which learns by taking things apart, the body learns through wholes. It does not analyze experience. It inhabits it.

Body intelligence grounds everything. It anchors spirit into lived reality and brings the mind back into contact with what is actually happening beneath the thinking. When out of balance, it becomes heavy, stuck, or scattered, cut off from the aliveness that presence makes possible.

East — Spirit

The intelligence of oneness, freedom, and boundlessness. Spirit dissolves the edges of personal identity and opens into the vast, timeless, expansive, beyond the ordinary coordinates of self.

Its gift is knowing everything is connected. Its shadow is knowing everything except where it is. Spirit can see extraordinary things and lose all sense of how to land them. Without grounding, the most profound spiritual experience remains a beautiful flight with nowhere to arrive.

The art is not choosing between these intelligences. It is learning to hold all four simultaneously, consciously, in relationship with each other.

Why container changes everything

Setting is not simply where a ceremony happens. It is the first message your nervous system receives about whether it is safe to open.

We host our ceremonies in warm, living homes. Spaces that already carry love, beauty, and a genuine willingness to welcome the sacred. The kind of space that holds you before anything has even begun.

We arrive before you do.

We bring flowers, carefully chosen lighting, and music curated to carry the arc of the experience. We create plenty of places to lie down, to sit, to be alone with what is moving through you, or to nestle into the warmth of people who are moving through it with you. Comfort is not incidental. It is part of the architecture.

Because when the body feels held, the heart can open. And when the heart opens, transformation becomes possible.

What to expect at a ceremony

We offer two kinds of ceremonial experiences.

Private ceremonies are intimate, personalized containers for individuals, couples, or small groups. The architecture is built around you, your intention, and what you are specifically ready to meet. No two private ceremonies are the same.

Community ceremonies bring together a small group of people, typically between eight and fifteen, who may or may not know each other before they arrive. What unfolds between strangers in these spaces is often one of the most surprising and moving aspects of the experience.

Both are held with the same level of care, intention, beauty, and presence.

Here is how a community ceremony typically unfolds.

A ceremony with us begins before you arrive.

About a week before we gather, we open a shared space where participants can begin connecting with each other and with us. The field opens early because what happens between people before ceremony matters as much as what happens inside it.

When you arrive, we are already there waiting for you. You will not wait for us. We greet you personally, welcome you into the space, and give you time to settle into the home, into yourself, into the presence of the people you will be journeying with.

Then we sit together.

We share the architecture of the day so your mind knows what is coming and can relax into it. We open a round of connection, introductions, presence, whatever is alive for people in that moment. We offer a framework, a theme, a mind map, something that feeds the mind with language and orientation for the terrain ahead.

Then we move into ritual.

We bless the intelligence we are about to work with. We bless ourselves. We bless each other and the space we are creating together. And then we move into a lived activation through breath, movement, and sound, bringing the teaching into the body before we let go into the experience itself.

From there, the space opens.

People are free to move as they feel called. To be alone or in connection, still or in motion, inward or outward. Lilit and Omer move through the space meeting people where they are, working with what is present, supporting what wants to move. This kind of hands-on, present facilitation is relatively rare. We are not observers. We are in it with you.

Because we work so much with heart intelligence, our ceremonies tend to feel remarkably alive and connected. People find themselves in conversations more intimate than any they have had with people they have known for years. There is laughter. There is tenderness. There is the particular freedom that comes from being in a space where you do not have to perform, protect, or pretend.
We are clear about consent. We respect boundaries. And within that, there is a lot of warmth, physical presence, and genuine human contact.

We hold our ceremonies during the day. We like to journey with the energy of daylight and wake up feeling restored.
As the experience begins to land, we gather around a nourishing meal carefully chosen to support the state people are in and to gently return everyone to their bodies and the present moment. We have heard more times than we can count that this is the best food people have ever had at a ceremony or retreat. We take care of that. It matters.

People typically sleep communally in the home, together, and wake to an abundant breakfast prepared with the same care and intention as everything else.

After breakfast, we sit for integration.

This is often where the ceremony becomes most alive. People share what they experienced. Connections are made. Insights surface that could not have arrived the night before. Lilit and Omer facilitate actively, drawing out what wants to be harvested, reflecting back what the group can learn from each individual's experience, and supporting everyone in finding the practical thread that connects what they discovered to the life they are actually living.

We close with a ritual, a conscious practice of returning to ourselves. Taking back what we left in others. Giving back what others left in us. Walking away whole, sovereign, and ready.

The WhatsApp group stays open. The community continues. People share songs, reflections, articles, and moments for weeks after. Lilit and Omer remain available. And when someone needs more support, we are here for that too.

We do not close the door behind the experience and pretend it did not happen.

This is ceremony as it was always meant to be. Not an event you attend. A threshold you cross, together.

"I had an epic and beautiful journey of self-discovery and healing; of truly seeing myself and allowing myself to be seen by others without fear of judgment or rejection. I was able to reconnect with that which has been so hard for me to feel my entire life — my body and soul. I was reborn."

— Brad Bowland

"No matter how acquainted you are with dimensional exploring, this masterful weaving of genuine acceptance for the truth of your soul will keep you safe as you discover you are far more than you know. I can't recommend Lilit and Omer without assuring you they are the best guides I have encountered in my 73 years of soul devotion to this life. Love is the only destination and you are already here."

— Deborah

"Our time together was the single most impactful experience of my life. I worked out years of stuff in real time during and directly after the ceremony."

— Sammy

For those who are new to this

If you have never entered a ceremonial space before, you may be carrying curiosity alongside fear. Both are welcome and both are wise.

The most important thing is not readiness as a fixed state. It is willingness to arrive honestly, to let the experience meet you where you are, and to stay present with what emerges.

We will never push you toward an experience before you are ready. We will always begin where you actually are.

For those who have been here before

If you have already journeyed, perhaps many times, and you are still searching for something that integrates, something that lasts, something that moves from the experience into the fabric of daily life, then what you may be looking for is not another experience.

It may be a container. A community. A framework for understanding what you have already been shown.

We got you.

Begin where you are

There is no perfect preparation. No ideal version of yourself waiting somewhere in the future before you begin.

Only this moment. This question. This willingness to engage your life more consciously.

If something here feels alive for you, we would love to meet you exactly as you are.
