Couples work with Lilit and Omer

For The Couple Who Knows Something More Is Possible

Every relationship is creating something.

Whether we realize it or not, the way we speak, listen, argue, celebrate, repair, touch, withdraw, laugh, and dream together gradually shapes the relationship we are living inside. Over time, these ways of being become familiar. We begin having the same conversations, responding in the same ways, and relating through patterns we no longer notice because they have become part of everyday life.

Sometimes those patterns create greater intimacy, trust, freedom, and aliveness. Sometimes they create distance, misunderstanding, or loneliness. Most often, they simply become the relationship we know.

Our work begins with a simple question.

What do you want to create together?

Some couples arrive because they are hurting. They feel caught in painful cycles that neither of them wants, yet somehow continue creating. Others arrive deeply in love, simply curious about what else is possible. They are not trying to save their relationship. They are investing in something already beautiful because they sense there is still more to discover together.

We love working with both.

The place you begin matters far less than your willingness to participate in what comes next.

"Transformative in all the best ways, both individually and as a couple. This has allowed us to reach levels in our relationship that we did not even know existed. Now I truly feel in my body the possibility of how good can it get, knowing that it will keep getting better and better the deeper we go."

— Tracy

Every Relationship Has Its Own Ecology

No two relationships are the same. Why would the path be?

Every relationship carries its own history, strengths, wounds, desires, rhythms, and ways of protecting itself. It develops its own language, its own patterns, and its own intelligence. That is why our work is never built around a formula. It is created around the relationship sitting in front of us.

Sometimes a single conversation changes everything. Sometimes the work unfolds over months. We may meet online or in person, through conversation, ceremony, retreat, or experiences thoughtfully designed around what is most alive for you. We draw from many different frameworks and modalities, yet none of them are the center of the work.

You are.

Our role is to create the conditions where your relationship can reveal what it has been trying to say all along.

Most of us grow up learning to care for one part of relationship while unintentionally neglecting another. Some become highly attuned to their own needs, yet struggle to make space for their partner or the relationship. Others devote themselves to caring for the people they love, only to lose touch with themselves. Still others invest everything in the relationship or the family, gradually setting aside the very individuals whose aliveness gives the relationship life in the first place.

We rarely learn how to care for all three at once: ourselves, one another, and the relationship we are creating together.

Yet every relationship is something alive. It has its own needs, its own seasons, its own intelligence, and its own capacity to grow. When we begin relating to the relationship as something living, rather than simply as two individuals trying to get along, entirely new possibilities begin to emerge.

The question is no longer whose needs matter most. It becomes how each person, and the relationship itself, can flourish together.

That shift changes everything.

Why Work With Both of Us?

Relationships are beautifully complex. Every person brings a different history, nervous system, body, family, longing, and way of loving into the relationship. Working with both of us allows those many perspectives to be held with greater depth, balance, and compassion.

More importantly, you are not simply working with facilitators. You are meeting a couple who actively lives the work we invite others into.

The conversations we facilitate are conversations we continue having ourselves. The rituals, frameworks, and practices we share are woven into our own relationship. We know what it means to fall into familiar patterns, to repair, to misunderstand one another, to grow individually, and to consciously create a life together that neither of us could have imagined alone.

We will never invite you somewhere we have not been willing to go ourselves.

Our humanity is visible. Our devotion is visible. Our ongoing becoming is visible.

That is simply how we have chosen to live.

"Among the best ceremonial experiences of my life. Thank you both for the care, wisdom, and passion you bring to your work. That is the juicy stuff the new humanity lives in."

— Zach

"The first big lesson was realizing I've shut myself off from my wife. I haven't made myself available or given her the space to love me. The second lesson hit even deeper: I am a creator with the power to bring what I want into my life, not just scramble for what I think I need."

— Jeff

"We've had some very real conversations this week that were surprisingly easy and very fruitful. Historically these conversations have only come during or after fights with emotions running high."

— Alice

"My marriage, my relationship to my kids, and my relationship to myself have blossomed so much in the last year and you two were a big part of it."

What people say about us

“The skilled observations and guidance of the facilitators allowed us to interrupt patterns in our relationship that had persisted for more than 35 years.”

What This Work Makes Possible

Many couples begin by hoping a particular problem will disappear. As we become curious together, something much larger often begins unfolding.

Old patterns become visible. New conversations become possible. The relationship feels safer, more honest, and more spacious. Partners begin seeing one another beyond the assumptions they have quietly accumulated over the years. Responsibility expands alongside compassion. Intimacy deepens without asking either person to become someone they are not.

Perhaps most importantly, each person often discovers that the relationship becomes richer as they become more fully themselves. The relationship no longer asks either person to disappear. It becomes a place where both people continue becoming.

Begin With What Is Alive

Every relationship is creating something. Whether you are navigating a season of difficulty, standing at an important threshold, or simply curious about what else is possible together, our first step is always the same.

We begin with a conversation. We'll listen to your story, your hopes, your questions, and what feels most alive in your relationship today. From there, we'll thoughtfully create a path that serves the two of you and the relationship you are consciously creating together.

The most meaningful relationships are not found. They are created, one conscious choice at a time.
