We Come to You

The Work Travels

Most locations where Curious Souls has taken root began the same way.

One person. A deep love for this work. A community of people they cared about. And the courage to call it in.

Cora and San did it in Santa Fe. Others have done it in Michigan, California, and across the Americas. Each time, it’s magic.

If you want to create a deeply connecting, heart opening, meaningful experience for those you love, this is how it begins.

Bring Curious Souls to Your Community

The person who calls us in almost always comes from our community. They have journeyed with us before. They know what is possible. And they love the people in their life enough to want to give them this.

They are not event promoters. They are someone who received something real and wants to pass it on.

If that is you, keep reading.

Who Makes This Call

What You Are Calling In

This page is specifically about hosting an Open Hearts community ceremony, our 1.5 day ceremonial experience for groups of up to 15 people.

Open Hearts is designed to be called in by someone who loves this work and wants to share it with their community. It is the offering most naturally built for hosting in someone's home, in a new city, among people who may or may not know each other.

If you are interested in calling in a private experience, those are available wherever we are and priced as listed on our site. If we are not already traveling to your area, travel and accommodation costs will be included in the investment.

Power of Brotherhood, Bite the Apple, Kambo, and Shamanic Constellations each have their own structure, logistics, and pages. If one of those is calling you, explore them directly.

We are based in Panama and spend significant time in the United States, primarily in Colorado, Michigan, New Mexico, and California.

We are open to being called anywhere. We are particularly available to communities across Central America, North America, Latin America, Europe, and Israel, where we have existing community and roots.

If you are somewhere else entirely and feel the call, reach out anyway. The right invitation finds its way.

Where We Go

What It Takes to Host

Bringing us to your community is a real undertaking and we want to be
honest about what it requires so the right people step forward.

A fitting home We hold ceremony in private homes. Not venues, not retreat centers,
not rented spaces. A home that is warm, beautiful, and large enough to hold the group
comfortably. A home whose owners genuinely want to welcome the sacred into their space.

At least 10 paying participants The ceremony needs enough people to create the field that
makes this work. Ten is the minimum. Each participant contributes a house fee in addition to the ceremony investment. This covers the cost of food throughout the ceremony and is handled transparently so the budget is clear for everyone involved.

Travel and accommodation covered Depending on where you are, we may need travel and accommodation costs covered in addition to the ceremony investment. This is discussed openly during the planning conversation.

Food and kitchen care Someone, whether the host, the organizer, or a hired person who understands the nature of this space, is responsible for preparing nourishing food and taking care of the kitchen throughout the ceremony. The food is part of the container. It matters.

The host's contribution In exchange for opening their home, the host and up to one other person living under the same roof journey with the group at no cost. If the organizer calling it in is a different person from the host, one of those two complimentary spots goes to the host and one to the organizer. This is how we honor the people who make it possible.

The host's responsibility The host prepares the home before we arrive and tends to it as they please after we leave.

What Happens When You Call Us In

"Hosting the retreat in my home made it especially meaningful for me. Watching people relax, feel safe, drop their guards, and genuinely enjoy the space filled me with a lot of gratitude and humility." — Jonah

You reach out. We have a conversation. We assess fit together, for the community, for the timing, for the space.

If it feels right on both sides, we begin planning. You gather your people. We prepare the container. And when the day arrives, you get to witness something you will never forget happening in your own home, with the people you love most.

That is a gift that goes both ways.

Ready to Make the Call?

If something here is alive for you, reach out and let us begin a conversation.

We are not looking for perfect conditions. We are looking for the right person with the right heart and the right community.

If that is you, we would love to hear from you.
