A full day and a half of guided ceremony and practice. The intelligence of carefully chosen plant allies at the centre of the experience. Breath, movement, music, and guided connection practices throughout.
Individual attention for every person in the room. Both Lilit and Omer present throughout. Integration woven into the arc. The ceremony does not just end. It lands. A post-ceremony resource for the days that follow.

The plant allies used are appropriate for groups, including those with little or no prior ceremony experience. Every participant goes through individual health screening before the ceremony. Both Lilit and Omer are present from beginning to end. Nothing happens that is not held.

It is Lilit and Omer's home. Built from scratch in the hills of Panama overlooking the Pacific. You are the only guests. Lilit and Omer are present throughout. Not just in sessions. Throughout.

I have over 30 years of professional international experience as a CEO, coach, trainer, and facilitator, supporting, guiding, and leading people, teams, and organizations to discover and unleash their potential.
My accomplishments include certifying hundreds of professional coaches around the world. Working with Fortune 500 companies to individuals committed to their professional development, I facilitated my clients to build strategies, overcome barriers, and achieve personal and organizational goals.
During this time, I was on a parallel path of shamanism, sacred medicine work, somatic work, channeling, personal and spiritual development.
Harvesting the vast set of tools, mind maps, methodologies, and skills developed from these professional paths, I dedicate my life to supporting those who choose to spread their wings and fly.

Any participant is unwilling or unsure about participating in sacred ceremony. You are expecting a fixed, scripted experience. Any participant has health contraindications. These are assessed individually in the intake process.
Open Hearts can also be given as a gift. If you are organising this for someone else's circle, the intake conversation can happen with you as the organiser.
