What do your daily actions reveal about what you truly believe?
Behavior often appears to be a matter of choice.
Yet many actions happen automatically.
A conversation is avoided.
A risk is postponed.
A reaction appears before reflection.
In the framework used in the Adulthood pilgrimage, this movement from perception to action is described through a simple cycle:
SEE → FEEL → DO → GET
Perception shapes emotion.
Emotion shapes behavior.
Behavior creates outcomes.
And those outcomes often reinforce the original perception.
This loop quietly repeats itself.
Sometimes for years.
Sometimes for an entire lifetime.
When the loop remains unconscious, life appears to happen to us.
When the loop becomes visible, life becomes something we can participate in shaping.
